Although its content was initially focused on training and diet, it came to compete in Men’s Physique and to undertake a very interesting project in which he carried out the diet and training of a user for a year with monthly updates that he did not complete, later with the excess of similar content, he began to create content such as vblog, travel, motivation and lifestyle, always around fitness and motivation.

Born in Barcelona, his history in the world of weights begins when he was 15 years old, transitioning from martial arts and they became a key part of his lifestyle at 18 when he went to england adventure and ended up working on the maintenance team at a local gym. There he acquired the basic knowledge of diet and nutrition with which he managed to change his physique.

Once back in Barcelona and already at the university, it was decided to share his ideas of fitness and motivation through his YouTube channel in which he shared his programming, training sessions, some interviews, recipes and other content that at the time was quite new and useful. After fulfilling one of his most important goals, which was to compete in Men’s Physique, he went on a trip to the United States where he realized that they really liked his videos about the trip along the Californian coast.

For this reason, he began to intersperse travel content with his usual fitness and motivation content, and when his community of followers was large enough, he began to visit different cities in Spain to connect with his followers and realized that he had a identity on the internet that was worth exploiting so he began to take his first steps as an entrepreneur selling clothing and accessories related to fitness and motivation on his website. Along the way, he had some fiascos such as his sponsorship with Gymshark, which, although it was the brand he always wanted to represent, did not turn out as he would have wanted, however, the positive far outweighs the negative.

This last year he has left his channel a little more aside, dedicating himself to traveling the world with his new project TFB World Tour, where he travels a country every month showing what the fitness lifestyle is like on the five continents. On the other hand, although he is still a fitness and motivation influencer, the fitness content is increasingly residual and is now focused on his personal brand, his dream and achieve coaching program, giving talks and even a movie about himself.

In short, perhaps he is no longer part of the fitness community as before, but he continues to be one of the leaders of the Spanish influencer community.

Until next week fiteniers!
